Client Agreement & Service Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or subscribing to services provided by Ecom Adepts LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform or subscribing to agency service plans.

2. Agency Services Scope

We provide professional Amazon FBA brand consulting, listing optimization, A+ Content design, PPC management, supplier sourcing, and Seller Central operational support as specified in your selected plan or custom agreement.

Client Obligations: You agree to provide accurate product documentation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and grant user-level Seller Central permissions required for our team to perform contracted deliverables.

3. Subscription Billing & Cancellations

Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis as set forth on our Pricing page or enterprise proposal.

No Long-Term Lock-In: Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement, services operate month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days written notice.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Initial plans include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of onboarding, we issue a full refund of management fees.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

All listing copy, graphics, A+ Content designs, storefront modules, and keyword matrices created for your account become your exclusive intellectual property upon full payment of fees.

The Company retains ownership of proprietary agency templates, audit software code, and internal management tools.

5. Amazon Platform Compliance & Limitation of Liability

We operate strictly within Amazon's Seller Central Terms of Service and API policies. While we execute proven optimization methodologies, Amazon remains an independent third-party marketplace. We are not liable for platform-wide algorithm updates, Amazon system outages, or administrative actions taken independently by Amazon against your account.
